Cuyahoga Falls Library provides downloadable movies, audiobooks, text ebooks, and music through MyLibrary DV, the Ohio eBook Project, and the SEO Consortium.
MyLibrary DV
With MyLibrary DV you can download video (that's what the DV stands for) right to your computer. You can enjoy hundreds of hours of DVD-quality programming including movies, cooking, travel, health programs, and more. All you need is a PC with a broadband Internet connection, a Cuyahoga Falls Library card number and a PIN. To get started just read the FAQ and download the software. After you install the software you'll be able to browse through programs, download some and watch them! You may even be able to view these on your TV--read this PDF to learn more. You can also take a look at the List of Available Titles (PDF) and the Hollywood Favorites Frequently Asked Question (PDF)

How do the Ohio eBook Project (OEP) and the SEO Library Consortium's downloadable titles compare?
- Far more audiobooks: OEP
- Far more text ebooks: SEO
- Audiobooks for iPods: OEP only
- Video titles: OEP only
Ohio eBook Project and SEO's downloadable project are coordinated by the State Library of Ohio. All member libraries purchase titles for the collection, and any of these titles can be used by any cardholder at any member library. This allows Cuyahoga Falls Library to provide access to a much richer collection than if we were acting alone, and allows the library to make more efficient use of its money. The two projects have a reciprocal borrowing agreement, so members of the Ohio dBook Project (like the Falls Library) can use the titles in the SEO Library Consortium and vice versa.
