DIG INTO READING! Summer Reading Program starts Thursday, June 6, 2013. Studies show that participating in a summer reading program helps children alleviate the "brain drain" of summer. There will be prizes, programs and more. Look for detailed information coming soon.

Spring 2013 Storytime Schedule

Monday, March 18 - Thursday, May 9. Registration begins Saturday, March 9, either by phone or in person in the Children's Room.

**PLEASE NOTE: Monday, March 25 at 2:00, is our KID'S CARNIVAL, in lieu of that day's storytimes**

Rock-a-Bye Tales: Monday, Tuesday or Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Babies & toddlers ages 6 - 23 months, along with a caregiver.

Read to Me for 2's & 3's: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 10:15 a.m. 2 & 3 year old's, along with a caregiver.

NEW! Story Stop: Monday at 11:00 a.m. Ages 2 - 5, with a caregiver. Registration is not required for this story time.

Stories Alive for 4's & 5's: Tuesday or Thursday at 1:30 p.m. 4 & 5 year old's, along with a caregiver.

Family Storytime: Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Registration is not required for this story time.

AWE Computers

Thanks to the generosity of The Friends of the Cuyahoga Falls Library, the Children's Room has seven new touch screen game computers, just in time for the start of Summer Reading Program on June 5! Five of them are AWE Early Literacy Stations with games that are appropriate for children ages 3 - 8. And we have two additional new AWE AfterSchool Edge computers with games for children ages 8 - 12. So when the heat index is over 100 this summer and you need a place to stay cool, the Children's Room is the perfect place to read, play and relax!

Children's Poetry Contest

CONGRATULATIONS to the winners of the Poet's Nook/Cuyahoga Falls Library Poetry Contest. The members of the Poet's Nook judged the entries and winners received cash prizes.
